Uniform Parts


Here is some exciting news for you Fire/Police/EMS people out there. We have acquired an entire closing uniform shop’s inventory of all colors and styles of service hashes/maltese crosses, chevrons, American flag patches, NYS EMS patches, private security patches, Dress/Class A Uniform buttons for Fire AND Police (including NYSP!) and a whole bunch of different colors and styles of Rice rank braid as well.

We’ll be going through all of this inventory, and listing what makes sense – however if you are in the area and in need of any parts for your dress or Class A/B uniforms, let us know what you need… it’s probably here somewhere!

We will also be offering minor alterations, starting with button replacements/rank braid changes/patch sewing, very soon.

For you motorcyclists out there that need patches sewn onto your vest, keep us in mind! Our industrial grade machine is capable of sewing them on.

Payment Processing Problems!

We ran into an issue with our Square credit card processing, and have switched over to PayPal only to get around the problem.

The issue has now been fixed, and you can cashout using your credit card via Square, and not using PayPal. If you still have issues with this checkout method, please contact us for assistance. Sorry for any issues while you were trying to cash out!

Additional Capacity Added

Conveyor Dryer System

We did it again! Reinvesting in upgraded equipment in order to better serve our customers! Last week we took delivery of a drying system that will help us handle larger orders, and increase the quality of all screen printed projects!

Out comes a fully cured shirt!

More upgrades are planned soon – and more capabilities are being added to the process you see here.

Powder coating coming soon!!!

Interested in a custom stainless steel tumbler, mug, can cooler, etc?

The equipment has been purchased to start doing these items (and other small metal items) and the supplies are slowly arriving this week.

Once some additional practicing has been done, and the work jigs are made, we will be offering this service. In the meantime, please give us an email at sales@totalchaosdesigns.com with what you’re looking for, and we’ll work with you on delivery times and cost.
